The Schools and Skills Foundation was founded in 1993 by a concerned Scottish farmer, Edan Kenneil. At this time, and quite by accident, he was asked by Staghul Tsetchul Rimpoche, a leading Buddhist monk, if he would help establish a school in Bodhgaya. He established four. For the past 15 years he has been funding them himself. With his limited funds we have achieved a great deal. But there is so much more to do. And this is why your help is needed.

We have a wonderful team, including Ajay Kumar, Kailash Prasad and
Janardan Kumar who have been loyal workers for over 10 years.
